What happens to the details you send.

What we collect

Only what you send us by email: your name and email address, your firm, your city, anything you write about the project, and the link to its photos.

Why

To review your project and reply to you. We do not add you to a mailing list and we do not send automatic emails.

Where it is kept

In our email inbox and a private tracker that only Cortex Studio can open. It is not sold or shared.

How long

We keep what you send for 12 months after our last contact, then delete it. If you become a client, your agreement sets how long we keep project material.

If you become a client

Photos you share may be edited with AI image tools to improve light, colour and clarity. We tell you which tools before any photo is used, and you approve every edited image.
